Even though time is the essence on which our lives are based and we are subjected to its laws, how much do we really know about it? Time can be experienced in different forms - linear time, nonlinear time, natural shrinking and expanding of time based on the human psyche. There are also solid theories on possible timelines, probable timelines, parallel realities, etc. In order for us to understand what time is, from our three-dimensional perspective, we first have to understand the nature of the linear and nonlinear time.

Linear time is entirely based on movement. One cycle of the Earth around the Sun, we call an year, one cycle of the moon around the Earth, we call a month, one cycle of the Earth around its axis, we call a day. These aspects of time we have divided into hours, minutes, seconds, etc. Linear time however, is not affected by our psychological experience of it. For example, when we are in likeable for us environment time seems to fly, but when we are in an environment that makes us anxious time seems to pass extremely slow. This is termed "natural shrinking and expanding of time based on the human's psyche." Regardless of how we experience time in different psychological states however, the linear time is not distrubed, it continues to pass by with the same speed, or in other words - the movements of the Sun, Moon and Earth had not slowed down.

There are a few more ways to experience a natural shrinking or expansion of time. For example, when we reach a certain age, we could feel like time has gone by very fast. This could be due to our "selective memory", which means that we memorize only the unique for us moments in life, while all similar experiences are being classified as one. A person that is 70 years old and had 70 birthdays, but only 10 of them were unique, he will only memorize 11 birthdays - the 10 unique ones and the rest 60 as 1, therefore he would experience a shrinking of time. Apply this principle to all aspects of life and you might get the feeling of living a very short amout of time even though so many years had passed. If you go to work everyday and do the same things for 40 years, these 40 years could seem like 1 day. The experience of linear time itself can vary from person the person depending on the speed with which we are moving - this is "Special theory of relativity" presented by Albert Einstein.

The cocenpt of nonlinear time is based upon a few discoveries in Quantum Physics - "superposition" and "quantum nonlocality". Superposition demonstrate that subatomic particles that make up everything in our visible Universe, exist in a nonlinear time, meaning that past, present and future are merged into 1 single point of existence. And Quantum Nonlocality proved us that not only everything exist in a single point in time, but also in a single point of space. If you send 2 entangled particles on 2 opposite ends of the Universe, when you make a change in one of the particles, the other one will react instantly, therefore distance is not a factor for the subatomic particles, but the material objects which we see in our daily lives seem to disobey this fundamental law as we experience each object as separate from the others, and making a change to one of them will not affect the others even though on a more fundamental level (subatomic) all objects in the Universe share the same source of existence within a single point of space.

So therefore, quantum physics tells us that everything exist in multiple states and places simultaneously. All states and places, which the particle can manifest itself into, exist in a nonlinear space-time, and it is only when consciousness observes the particle, it manifests a certain state and locality. Since everything exist within a single point of space-time, then everything that could have happened and can happen, had already happened. You can better understand this concept by imagining that in the single nonlinear point of space-time every possible past, present and future moment exist as a separate frame, and it is because our consciousness is going through these frames that we experience time. It is not time that passess by, it is our consciousness that moves through certain frames, creating the illusion of movement. The Earth, Sun and Moon cycles, as well as all other cycles and movements in the Universe are created from compilation of frames called "moments", and when the consciousness goes through these moments, movement in the world seems to happen. The 5 senses of our physical body are capable of operating only within a certain range of vibrational frequencies that make up only a limited number of quantum possibilities. There are perhaps many worlds being a byproduct of different vibrational frequencies, all sharing the same space, but because our consciousness is embedded into a physical body, it can only experience this "reality" which is capable of being decoded by the bodily senses. Therefore when the consciousness is within a physical body, it uses is to move through frames that exist only withinin this frequency range. Even though absolutely every frame of all dimensions exist within a single point of space-time, we cannot experience all of them as long as we are in the chains of the physical body.

Because the time from the beginning of our Universe to its end exist within a single point, then in theory it is possible to go into the past or into the future through our consciousness. Many movies tried to demonstrate this idea, but in a non-realistic way. You cannot transfer your physical body to the past or the future, you can only consciously focus on a different past or a future timeline, because only the consciousness is moving through time. Imagine yourself walking through such a thick forest that you can only see what is 1 meter behind you and 1 meter in front of you. You wouldn't know where you came from, nor where you are going. Now imagine you find and climb the highest tree in the forest. You would therefore, be able to see where you came from, what other possible routes you might have taken and what possible routes you can take in future; and you see all this simultaneously. Similarly, there are many routes in the form of different frames and it is the consciousness that goes through a certain path of frames, that we manifest as our dominant timeline and we call "our life". There are many possible timelines for each body, but it is our consciousness that moves through the frames of a certain timeline and manifests it as our dominant one (our life). This concept was also in tune with more than 150 patients under the hypnosis techniques of Michael Newton in 20th century in which the hypnotherapist questioned them about the afterlife.

The consciousness is, in theory, also capable of healing past traumas by jumping into different possible timelines. Some people use hypnosis to heal psychological traumas without realizing they are perhaps actually doing that exact thing to the person. For example, if when you were a kid, you were abused by your parents a lot, but there is a possible timeline where that has not happened during your childhood, the hypnotist makes you jump from the timeline where you was abused to a one where this has not happened, so when you come out of hypnosis you have a completely different character, as your consciousness had gone through a different timeline in the past. You can also manifest a certain possible future timeline into your dominant one, by focusing your conscious energies towards it. Everything you can think and imagine of happening to you in the future is a possible timeline for you. Some timelines need more energy to be manifested in your life, while others - less, therefore some need more time to be manifested than others. This law applies to the past as well - everything you can imagine that could have gone differently in the past, do exist as a possible timeline that your consciousness could have gone through.
